"Implications of the 2008 Doha Draft Agricultural and NAMA Modalities for Developing Countries"
by Laborde, David, Will Martin and Dominique van der Mensbrugghe

Abstract
The 2008 draft modalities represent seven years of intense negotiations and likely outline the basic shape of the final agreement. Yet, because of their complexity, little is known about their actual implications for market access and welfare. In this paper, we consider the texts, and attempt to interpret their implications for individual tariffs. We then add up these implications and use the results to make an assessment of the implications of the agreement for economic welfare.
