Biography
Holly McIntire has been with the Center for Global Trade Analysis since March 2019. She manages the day-to-day operations of the Center. More specifically, this includes preparing and managing budgets, projections, payroll, expenditures, compliance, and other research and finance related items; maintain GTAP Consortium membership contracts and billing; oversite of research proposals from Pre-Award to Post-Award and then closing; coordinate with faculty, various campus offices, and external sponsors on projects; work to influence policies, practices, and procedure changes in order to move the Center’s goals forward.
