I am interested in the use of economic models to analyse policy issues involving the environment and natural resources, and economic development, in general. I have carried out research and consultancy work in these areas in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Fiji, Vietnam, and China. My previous clients include The World Bank (Environment Division), AusAID, FAO, the Government of Papua New Guinea, National Centre for Development Studies, Australian National University, Queensland Treasury, Queensland Environmental Protection Agency, the UN Economic Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and KPMG Ltd.
