Biography
Working as Fellow at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi. De did his Masters in economics from the Calcutta University and Ph.D. in economics from the Jadavpur University, Calcutta. His areas of interest are international economics, regional cooperation and integration, and transport and maritime economics. De has contributed several research papers in peer reviewed international journals. De is also the Managing Editor of South Asia Economic Journal, an international journal, published by Sage International.
