Biography
EL BAROUDI Youness is a PhD candidate in Economics at Mohammed V University in Rabat, affiliated with the Laboratory of Economic Analysis and Modeling. His research focuses on the regulation of the water and electricity sectors in Morocco, with a particular emphasis on incentive theory.
His areas of expertise include mathematical economics, partial and computable general equilibrium (CGE) modeling, comparative statics, and microeconometric modeling. He is also interested in decision theory, game theory, mechanism design, and social choice theory.
He is proficient in several modeling and simulation tools, including Python, EViews, and SPSS, which he uses for empirical analysis and economic simulations.
