Biography
Dr. Phouphet Kyophilavong is a Professor in the Faculty of Economics and Business Management at the National University of Laos. He received a bachelor's and a master's degree in civil engineering from Osaka University, and his PhD in economics from Kobe University in 2003. He has been conducting research on several topics and has published papers in well-known academic journals. He has directed numerous research projects and works closely with government agencies in Laos and international organizations. He has been a visiting scholar at several universities, including Kobe University, and a Fulbright U.S.-ASEAN Visiting Scholar at Harvard University.
