Do I need a GEMPACK licence to change the standard condensation (for example, to un-omit variable tf) of the GTAP model in GTAP.STI?

No, the completely uncondensed version of the GTAP model files is now in latest RunGTAP version. These files are named “gtapu.*” and when you want to run the uncondensed version, just go to Version..Modules in Rungtap and select gtapu.* files instead of gtap.*. So you do not need Gempack license if you want to run the uncondensed version. However, you do need to use it if you want to make other changes to the model. |
