"GTAP CO2 emissions (for V6)_Aug2007" (file name is 3464.zip)

In this release of the GTAP CO2 emissions data that goes with the version 6.0 GTAP data base, we do not account for emissions from the following fossil fuel use:
(1) commodity ¡§egdt¡¨ used by the ¡§crp¡¨ sector in New Zealand (¡§nzl¡¨); and
(2) commodity ¡§p_c¡¨ used by the "p_c" sector, for all regions.

Unzip 3464.zip and read first the Note_Release_v60_Aug2007.pdf for the release note.
Data files are GTAP_V6_CO2_nzl_gdt.har and GTAP_V6_CO2_nzl_gdt.xls.

This "GTAP/EPA CO2 emissions (for v5.4)" is the updated CO2 emissions to go with the energy volume data of GTAP v5.4, which has 78 regions, instead of 66 regions of version 5.0.
Feedstock use ratios of fuels by the petrochemistry sector of the 13 new disaggregated regions are applied.
Please find description of the data items in ReadMe1st_CO2_rv54.txt in the zip file.
Instructions for use of the file:
Download GTAP/EPA CO2 emissions data (for v5.4) (a zipped file), unzip it and read "ReadMe1st_CO2_rv54.txt" for a brief description about the data files contained.

I am studying on GTAP-E model. The GTAP CO2 emission version 7 does not distinguish between imported energy commodities and domestic energy commodities. How can calculate CO2 emissions from the two sources of commodities mentioned above?

I am wondering how I can have an access GTAP-E FlexAgg program for Aggregating GTAP-E Database more than 10x10 aggregation. I would like to know whether this is priced or not.

I want to get the CO2 emissions for 2004, how can I open GTAP_CO2_V7.HAR ?
