"Open Skies: An Assessment of the US-EU Open Aviation Area Agreement"

Abstract
The objective of this paper is to assess the economic and environmental impacts of the US-EU Open Sky agreement. This paper will extend previous research by investigating the impacts of deregulation and improve airspace operations on all sectors in the economy (not just the air transportation sector) and the impacts on CO2 emissions.
