"GTAP 7 Data Base Documentation - Chapter 7 I-O Table: Korea" by Ko, Jong-Hwan Abstract This chapter documents the procedure and considerations underlying the construction of the Korean input-output (I-O) table for version 7 of the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) Data Base. The documentation is organized as follows. Section 2 provides a short description of general characteristics of the Korean I-O table. Section 3 shows how the Korean I-O table is mapped to the GTAP concordance. Section 4 explains how negative values in the initial Korean I-O table are adjusted and Section 5 shows how commodity taxes on imports are calculated. In the final section, information not available from the Korean I-O table is mentioned. |
