"Economy-wide Impacts of Climate Change on Agriculture. A coupling modeling approach"

Abstract
The aim of the paper is to propose a methodological modeling approach that could quantify the expected impacts of climate change over the agricultural sector, specifically impacts related to the changes in water availability, as well as the impacts over the whole economy that future water restrictions will have. This modeling exercise will be applied to the Ethiopian Economy. The proposed modeling approach considers the coupling of two models: a bottom-up farm model (FM) and computable general equilibrium model (CGE).
