Abstract
This chapter documents the process by which the Venezuelan Input-Output Table (VIOT) was put together for the purpose of updating the database available to the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP).2 The previous Venezuelan table available to GTAP was the 1997 database assembled by members of Central Bank of Venezuela (CBV). This new table built for the year 2007 is the third of such efforts.
