"GTAPBIO Build Workflow (Full Version – GTAP Server Distribution)" by Taheripour, Farzad, Uris Lantz Baldos, Erwin Corong, Angel Aguiar and Thiago Simonato Abstract This resource provides the full GTAPBIO database build workflow (v11b, March 2026), including all required large input files (.har, .zip, and associated build artifacts). Due to GitHub file size limitations, the complete build package is hosted on the GTAP server. The corresponding GitHub repository contains the codebase and documentation only, with instructions directing users to download the full build from the GTAP website. The workflow consists of three sequential stages: (1) target generation, (2) SAM adjustment via cross-entropy (GAMS/CONOPT), (3) database construction using GEMPACK. Project contributors: Farzad, Baldos, Corong, Angel, Simonato. |
