"Chapter 8M: Morocco" by Pereira, Maria Filipa Seara Abstract This document outlines the preparation of Morocco’s 2019 input-output (I-O) table for integration into the Global Trade Analysis Project (GTAP) Data Base. The paper is structured as follows: Section 2 provides an overview of the source data; Section 3 examines the strengths and limitations of the published I-O data; Section 4 describes the procedures used to address anomalies in the raw data; and Section 5 details the mapping process between the original 76 Moroccan I-O sectors and the GTAP sectors. |
