Curriculum Vitae - Gessica Souza

Applied economist (PhD, UFMG) with over eight years of experience in quantitative policy analysis and economic modelling for climate, environmental, water, mineral and regional-development policy. Founder and Principal Economist of CEECA, an independent consultancy specialising in computable general equilibrium (CGE) modelling, input-output and cost-benefit analysis, optimisation and evidence-based policy evaluation. Engagements span federal ministries, state governments, national regulatory agencies and international organisations.
