Biography
Curriculum Vitae - Roman Keeney

Dr. Keeney assumed lead instructor responsibilities for the annual summer GTAP Short Course in 2016. He is responsible for organizing (with Ginger Batta) the course content in a manner consistent with Center learning objectives. Beginning in fall 2016 he will be developing post-course materials for short course alums to provide new avenues of engagement.

He has previous experience working on a variety of agricultural modeling and analysis issues using the GTAP framework. His development of the GTAP-AGR was an important contribution to a number of in depth analyses (see e.g. the Hertel & Winters, or Anderson & Martin World Bank projects on WTO Poverty and Agriculture) of global trade protection in agriculture and development.
